October - December

The last quarter of the year was just as busy as the first 3 quarters, if not busier. It is hard to believe another year has come and gone!

* October - We went on our last camping trip of the year with our friends the Morgans and Rennos. This year we camped at the top of the PA Grand Canyon in near Wellsboro. It was cold, but the company wasn't. We hiked down and then back up a trail that allowed for many beautiful photo ops. And, of course, the food was out of this world!

* November - Karl and I went away for a week to the island of St. Maarten. We had plenty of time to spend by ourselves sitting on the beach and going on fun outings.

* December - Karch turned 11 on Dec. 2, and had a party at the roller skating rink and a smaller one with just family. I find it very hard to believe that my baby is no longer a baby...he is one inch away from being my height!

And, of course, we celebrated Christmas with all our family. We had a great time eating all the good food, enjoyed giving our gifts, but mostly, we remembered why this season is so special.
