Christmas is Family

Since we have moved into this house, Karl & I have hosted Christmas dinner for my family at our home. We always make the ham and baked corn and then allow the others to bring a dish to add to the meal. I have been blessed with such a great Christian family, and it's such a blessing to be able to have them over for dinner every year to celebrate Christ's birth.

Our table is not big enough to fit all 12 of us so we have to split up between 2 tables in 2 different room. Mom, Dad, Kevin & Adrienne sat at one table. Both the boys sat with them but were apparently finished eating when this photo was taken.

The happy brothers - Conner & Karch.

I was very pleased with them this year. Usually, they are dying to dig into their presents once we are finished with the meal. But this year they handed out all the adults' gifts to everybody first. Maybe the talk we had with them earlier in the day helped to change their attitude.
