F O R T A M S T E R D A M

Fort Amsterdam is located 300 yards from our resort. It was used in the 1700's to guard the port and overlooks Great Bay and Little Bay. There are still several buildings located on the fort grounds, as well as original cannons.

This cannon is overlooking Great Bay, where the cuise ships port.
